COMPETITION TERMS
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION
Below you will find the general terms and conditions of the competition that apply to NJIE Foods AB’s, corp. ID no. 556761-7518, including its existing and future group companies (hereinafter referred to as the Company), competitions published in channels directly controlled by the Company’s or by third parties.
By participating in the competitions organised by the Company, you accept these competition conditions. These competition conditions apply unless otherwise stated in a specific competition posting (defined further below). In the event of a discrepancy between a competition posting and these competition conditions, the competition posting shall prevail over the competition conditions. If something is not covered in the competition posting, these competition conditions shall always serve as an annex and supplement.
ABOUT THE ORGANISER
NJIE Foods AB (corp. ID no. 556761-7518), located at Krokslätts Fabriker 30, 431 37, Mölndal, is the responsible organiser for competitions arranged under the brands NJIE, ProPud and Lowcaly.
PARTICIPATION
Who May Participate in the Competition?
To participate in any of our competitions, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in Sweden. Employees of the Company, of legal entities within the same group of companies or of legal entities with a financial interest in the Company and the families of such employees are not allowed to participate in any of the competitions we organise. The Company reserves the right to ban, disqualify and exclude individuals from participating in competitions if it is suspected that rules are being abused or the competition is being manipulated.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR COMPETITIONS
On some occasions, specific conditions for an individual competition and the prize to be won may be stated in the competition posting published by the Company in the relevant channel. Each competition runs until the date specified in the competition posting, and entries received after this date will not be considered.
Specifically for Social Media Competitions
Company competitions advertised on social media platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram, are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with the chosen social media platform. To participate, you must have an open profile and follow the rules of the platform.
RIGHT TO USE NAMES
Your Rights
By participating in competitions organised by the Company, you agree that your name can be used for marketing purposes in relevant channels.
By accepting these competition conditions, you also authorise us to use your name, without any compensation to you, for marketing in our channels in accordance with the Names and Pictures in Advertising Act (SFS 1978:800).
Responsibility for Submitted Entries
As a participant, you are responsible for ensuring that your entry does not contain any offensive or illegal material. Any entry deemed inappropriate will be immediately removed.
PROCESSING OF COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. The data are used to administer the competitions, by entering the competition you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to this. Since the Company organises competitions that are communicated on several channels, it is important that you be aware of how we work with cookies, and you can read more about this in our Cookie Policy.
HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED
Winners will be chosen either by lottery or by a jury appointed by NJIE Foods AB. The approach used varies between the different competitions.
The decision on the winner is final and cannot be appealed.
In order for the winner to receive his or her prize, the Company will provide feedback to the winner via the relevant channel depending on the channel where the competition was conducted. Only then will the winner be instructed on the delivery and contact information needed to deliver the prize.
If there is no response from the winner for a period longer than three working days after initial contact, the prize will be awarded to another entrant.
PRIZES AND AWARDS
Delivery of the Prize
How the prize is awarded will be decided between the winner and the Company. Winners will be contacted and announced after the specified closing date for each competition.
Taxes and Fees
All prizes are personal and non-transferable and any tax on winnings is paid by the winner
Delivery of Prizes
We aim to send out prizes as soon as possible, directly to the lucky winner. The company is responsible for any shipping costs of the prize.
Complaints and Right of Exchange
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts or other goods. There is no guarantee or right of appeal for the prize.

CHANGES TO THE CONDITIONS
NJIE Foods AB reserves the right to make changes to these competition rules without prior notice if deemed necessary.
TECHNICAL BARRIERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Technical Problems
The company cannot be held responsible for technical problems, interruptions, or other obstacles that may affect participation in the competition or its outcome. This includes, but is not limited to, technical problems with websites, social media, databases, computer networks, computer equipment or software.
Third Party Involvement
The Company disclaims any liability for errors, damages or losses caused by third parties, including but not limited to service providers, social media platforms or other participants.
Changes and Interruptions
The company reserves the right to make changes to the competition, including its rules and prizes, without prior notice. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the Company may choose to cancel, extend, shorten, modify or terminate the competition.
Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for fulfilling its obligations under these Rules if it is prevented from doing so by circumstances which the Company could not reasonably have foreseen or which are beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, fire, floods, earthquakes, pandemics or other similar events (Force Majeure).
