BANANA BREAD

A delicious protein banana bread!

Ingredients
  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 100 g room temperature butter
  • 200 g ProPud Vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 dl flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • ½ tbsp salt
Instructions
Enjoy a perfect banana bread with protein!

Preheat the oven to 200°C and butter a baking dish. Peel and mash the bananas. Whisk the butter, pudding and eggs with an electric whisk until porous. Then whisk in the mashed bananas. Mix all the dry ingredients and fold into the batter. Stir to a smooth batter. Pour into the mold and place in the oven for about 40 minutes.
