Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes

Protein pancakes with a touch of chocolate chip!

Ingredients
  • (2 servings)
  • 400 g ProPud Protein Pudding Vanilla
  • 2 dl flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 dl Chocolate chip buttons
Instructions

Mix ProPud pudding together with the eggs and blend well. Blend all dry ingredients down in the bowl together with the chocolate buttons. Fry on medium heat until ready and top off with some fresh or frozen berries!
