Vanilla snack!

A delicious and simple protein breakfast, or snack!

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ dl oat flakes
  • 1 ml measuring spoon ground cardamom
  • 1 dl frozen strawberries
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 dl ProPud Protein Pudding Vanilla
  • 6 fresh strawberries
Instructions

Roast the oat flakes until golden brown in a frying pan along with the butter and cardamom. Blend the frozen strawberries and water into a strawberry sauce. If you want a thinner texture for the sauce, add more water. Layer roasted oat flakes, ProPud Vanilla and strawberry sauce in a glass. Top with fresh strawberries!
