What is the case for aspartame?
The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has approved aspartame after an extensive study. Aspartame is calorie-free Appreciated by many diabetics as it does not affect blood sugar. A good alternative to sugar-sweetened beverages for those who want to lose weight and are working to make a lasting change in their diet and lifestyle. Aspartame is composed of two amino acids, aspartic acid and phenylalanine, which are important building blocks for many proteins found naturally in protein-rich foods such as eggs, meat and nuts. When aspartame is broken down in the body, it is converted into aspartic acid, phenylalanine and methanol.
How does the sweetening of your products work?
We use Steviol glycosides from Stevia, Aspartame and Acesulfame K, all of which are low-calorie sweeteners that are 200 times (steviol glycosides up to 300 times) sweeter than regular sugar. Because it is so much sweeter than regular sugar, you only need to use minimal amounts. Steviol glycosides from Stevia, Aspartame and Acesulfame K are used in several of our product
How is the product lactose-free?
The lactase enzyme added in the process breaks down the lactose into the forms of galactose and glucose so that even lactose intolerant people can enjoy our products.

Where can I find ProPud?
At most grocery chains as well as at service shops and some online retailers. Feel free to ask for ProPud at your local store!
Are there Swedish ingredients in ProPud?
No, our products are partly made in Germany and Austria and the milk is from there too.
Are ProPud products dairy-free?
People who are allergic to milk cannot eat ProPud because it is milk-based.
Are ProPud's products gluten-free?
ProPud milkshakes, mousses and puddings are gluten-free but ProPud bars may contain gluten or traces of gluten depending on the bar. Always read the list of ingredients before consumption.
How long does an opened ProPud product last?
An opened ProPud product can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. Once the product is opened, there is a risk of bacteria entering and should therefore be stored sealed in the refrigerator.
